Change for the sake of change is rarely welcome. Necessary change is best received when the “why” is communicated at the same time as the “what, how, and when.” Including representatives from effected teams in the change management process allows their voices and perspectives to be heard and considered. Leadership and front line team members can unite as change agents throughout the process. Implementation is impacted by the speed of acceptance. The speed of acceptance can be increased by consistent, inclusive communication and the deployment of ongoing change management processes.
